About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated HR Executive with strong communication skills to join our dynamic team. As an entry-level HR professional, you will play a key role in supporting the HR department with day-to-day operations, employee relations, and administrative functions.
What you'll do
- 2.Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth integration for new hires
- 3.Manage employee records, update HR databases, and maintain accurate documentation of personnel files
- 5.Support the organization and execution of employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives to foster a positive work environment
- 6.Assist in payroll processing, attendance tracking, and managing leave requests to ensure accurate records
- 7.Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that align with company goals
