What you'll do
- 1.Assist with recruitment efforts, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
- 2.Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork, coordinating orientation sessions, and assisting with the setup of new employees
- 3.Assist with employee relations activities, including addressing employee questions and concerns, and documenting employee issues
- 4.Assist with performance management activities, including performance reviews, goal setting, and employee recognition programs
- 5.Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
