- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for technical roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the technical requirements and job descriptions for open positions
- Utilize job boards, social media, and other platforms to identify potential candidates
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Maintain and update the candidate database and manage applicant tracking
