About the role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Barback to join our dynamic hospitality team in Bengaluru, India. As a Barback, you'll be the backbone of our bar operations, providing essential support to our bartenders and servers while maintaining the highest standards of service and cleanliness.

What you'll do

• Provide professional, friendly, and engaging support to bartenders and servers throughout all service periods
• Assist guests with inquiries regarding beverage offerings, menu items, and promotions in a helpful and informative manner
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of all beverages and bar supplies following health and safety protocols
• Keep all guest-facing and back-of-house bar areas clean, organized, and well-maintained throughout service
• Monitor and manage bar inventory levels, alerting management to stock needs and discrepancies
