About the role
Assistant Manager - Civil - Projects at Adani Group. Execution of all construction activities of site levelling, area gradation, temporary and permanent road and drains, Infra civil works.
What you'll do
- Compiling and planning budgets, cost estimates and other financial estimates; and coordinating, planning, and managing schedules for contractors and subcontractors
- Conducting site checks to monitor progress and quality standards; and developing construction project with architect, engineers, and trade workers
- Experienced in finishing items like water proofing, painting internal and external, Tiling works, sanitary and CP fittings, etc
- Performing the tasks of a cost estimator, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Supervising construction project progress and providing reports on timeline, progress, and adjustments
