About the role
Lead all activities in the procurement of private land, forest department land, and government land for site projects, collaborating with private landowners, government officials, and relevant stakeholders. Determine land values in the specific market through research and consultation with real estate professionals and public records.
What you'll do
- Lead all activities in the procurement of private land, forest department land, and government land for site projects, collaborating with private landowners
- Manage the budget for forest diversion processes in coordination with the project team
- Maintain land records and ensure compliance with R&R policies and regulations
- Liaise with forest and revenue officials for land survey, registration, mutation of land records, and other statutory clearances
- Handle legal and court matters related to title verification of land, lease settlement of government land, and compensatory afforestation
