About the role
Collaborate with the commercial team to float tenders, evaluate technical and price quotations, and assist in contractor negotiations for civil projects. Plan, monitor, coordinate, execute, inspect, and commission internal civil projects to ensure they align with the planned timeline, budget, and quality standards.
What you'll do
- Lead discussions with stakeholders to understand project requirements and specifications
- Develop Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and prepare detailed project proposals, including budget estimates, for management approval (NFAs)
- Collaborate with ERC team to create and finalize project drawings, ensuring they meet project requirements and obtain necessary approvals from management
