What you'll do
- HR Philosophy and Roadmap
- Work closely with relevant business stakeholders and participate in the business planning process to develop strategy and roadmap for the BU
- Represent the business perspective and contribute to the devising the vision, roadmap, operating model, and strategic initiatives for the BU HR function
- Formulate long term strategic plans for the BU HR function based on business priorities and ensure all HR processes are aligned to the same
- Provide guidance for formulating business specific BU HR Policies and systems and ensure adherence to guidelines set by the Group
