Bid & Cost Estimation Executive - Metro

About the role

Utilize technical expertise to apply industry advancements and implement innovative cost-saving measures, while maintaining meticulous documentation and adherence to quality and safety standards. Study bid documents, identify anomalies, and seek clarifications from the client. Obtain prices for supply items in consultation with the Techno-commercial team.

What you'll do

• Ensure accurate and competitive project cost estimation and analysis through thorough assessment of bid documents, site conditions, and material availability
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and support vendor management activities
• Support in costing for tenders, including Quantity Estimation and Costing for HAM, TOT, BOT highway bids based on Bid documents and Site Conditions
• Conduct site visits to assess material availability and costs and prepare site visit reports
• Prepare detailed cost estimates based on MORTH/IRC guidelines and Rate analysis
