About the role
Executive - Building Management Systems (BMS) is responsible for overseeing the engineering, maintenance, and operational management of all BMS systems within the airport. This includes ensuring the proper functioning, reliability, and performance of systems such as HVAC, lighting, fire alarm systems, access control, and other integrated mechanical, electrical, and civil systems that are controlled through BMS.
What you'll do
- Ensure continuous monitoring, testing, and updating of BMS systems to maintain optimal performance levels across all facilities
- Develop and execute maintenance schedules for BMS systems, ensuring proper preventive maintenance and minimal downtime
- Coordinate with engineering teams to repair or replace faulty components of BMS systems, ensuring efficient and timely resolutions
- Implement diagnostic tools and technologies to identify potential issues before they impact the operations of the airport
- Monitor and optimize energy consumption across airport facilities by utilizing BMS for HVAC systems, lighting, and electrical load management
