About the role
The Executive - Project Planning is responsible for executing and supporting project planning activities on-site. This role involves assisting in project coordination, monitoring progress, ensuring adherence to specifications, managing material logistics, and supporting financial and reporting tasks.
What you'll do
- Assist in on-site project execution, ensuring adherence to approved plans, schedules, and quality standards
- Coordinate with subcontractors and site teams for daily work execution and resolve operational challenges
- Track project milestones and report deviations to ensure proactive corrective actions
- Support compliance with safety and quality standards, ensuring site adherence to regulations
- Assist in material planning, ensuring timely availability of required resources to prevent delays
