- Project Planning & Execution
- Lead end-to-end execution of greenfield and brownfield healthcare infrastructure projects
- Develop project schedules, milestones, resource plans, and execution strategies
- Ensure timely completion of civil, structural, MEP, interiors, and medical infrastructure works
- Monitor project progress and drive corrective actions to mitigate delays
