About the role
Coordinate end-to-end land acquisition activities with the Site Land Team, Head Office, Legal, Projects, Finance, Commercial, EPC, and Business Development teams. Support identification, evaluation, and finalization of suitable land parcels for renewable energy projects, including solar, wind, hybrid parks, pooling substations, transmission corridors, access roads, laydown areas, and project infrastructure.
What you'll do
- Coordinate end-to-end land acquisition activities with the Site Land Team, Head Office, Legal, Projects, Finance, Commercial, EPC, and Business Development teams
- Support identification, evaluation, and finalization of suitable land parcels for renewable energy projects, including solar, wind, hybrid parks, pooling substations
- Facilitate land due diligence including title verification, ownership checks, encumbrance review, revenue record verification, mutation status, land use classification
- Coordinate land purchase, lease, right-of-use, easement, wayleave, and Right of Way documentation as per project requirements
- Monitor land aggregation progress, landowner negotiations, consent collection, agreement execution, registration, stamp duty, mutation, demarcation, possession
