About the role
Coordinate and align the inputs between operators, designers, brand teams, engineering consultants, and AOC (asset owning company) project teams. Ensure all design iterations meet operator brand standards and comply with Adani’s internal technical, sustainability, and safety guidelines. Facilitate design workshops, value-engineering discussions, and operator design sign-offs.
What you'll do
- Design Coordination & Approvals
- Review, validate, and approve the Design Briefs submitted by hotel operators
- Coordinate and align the inputs between operators, designers, brand teams, engineering consultants, and AOC (asset owning company) project teams
- Facilitate design workshops, value-engineering discussions, and operator design sign-offs
- Create and maintain a centralized project tracking system covering timelines, milestones, design submissions, approvals, and change management
