About the role
To lead the Engineering team and carry out civil and structural engineering jobs Infront and engineering design, detail engineering design. To assist discipline manager allot project civil portion manpower. Analysis and design of different types of concrete and steel structures in OSBL and ISBL area pertaining to the field of Refinery and petrochemical industry using STAAD pro software.
What you'll do
- Lead the Engineering team and carry out civil and structural engineering jobs Infront and engineering design, detail engineering design
- Assist discipline manager allot project civil portion manpower
- Ensuring the quality of tasks carried out by the engineering team; Conducting need analysis for the team
- Providing technical support to the team members to execute their project and meet the project milestones as planned
- Analysing the Structures by Staad.Pro and sometimes manually if required
