About the role
We are looking for a highly experienced Lead - MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) in the Real Estate industry to join our team at Adani. As the Lead - MEP, you will be responsible for overseeing the MEP activities for mixed-use and hospitality projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in MEP systems, extensive experience in the real estate sector, and a strong understanding of sustainability and energy efficiency.
What you'll do
- Be responsible for overseeing the MEP activities for mixed-use and hospitality projects
- Lead the MEP team in planning, coordinating, and executing MEP activities for mixed-use and hospitality projects
- Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of MEP systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into the overall project design
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance energy efficiency and sustainability in MEP systems
