Lead – Project Planning & Control

About the role

The Incharge - Project Planning is responsible for the project management, planning, and execution support for designated projects. This includes coordinating with subcontractors and project authorities, monitoring project work and financials, managing reporting and tracking, and ensuring project closure within timelines and budget.

What you'll do

• Supervise site activities, including design, construction adherence, and quality control, ensuring alignment with project specifications and high standards of workmanship
• Plan and schedule materials, coordinate logistics, and oversee material management to prevent any shortages or delays
• Ensure the safety of personnel and materials, adhering strictly to safety protocols on-site
• Prepare and manage contractor billing, ensuring accuracy and alignment with completed work, and submit weekly progress reports on construction activities
• Review drawings, confirm the contractor’s scope of work, and prepare material reconciliation statements
