About the role
The role is responsible for overseeing quantity surveying, cost estimation, billing verification, and financial reconciliation for civil and MEPF service-related projects. This role ensures cost control, contract compliance, and timely certification of contractor invoices while optimizing financial planning and project execution.
What you'll do
- Analyze budget utilization, cost variations, and work progress to ensure financial control and accurate project reporting
- Ensure contract compliance in all tendering and contracting processes
- Review work order amendments due to quantity variations and extra items, ensuring necessary documentation is provided
- Oversee rate analysis for extra items and support in the settlement of contractor claims
- Supervise the verification of contractor invoices for measurement accuracy, quantities, and rates as per contract terms
