Lead and oversee all civil engineering activities related to power and energy projects including site preparation, foundation work, structural works, and finishing. Develop and implement comprehensive project plans ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timeline. Enforce stringent quality control procedures for all civil works, ensuring compliance with national and international standards.
