What you'll do
- Background Verification (BGV) Operations
- Manage end-to-end background verification processes for all new hires across business verticals
- Coordinate with empaneled BGV vendors for timely initiation, tracking, escalation management, and closure
- Ensure verification of education, employment, address, criminal checks, identity validation, and reference checks as per company policy
- Monitor BGV turnaround time (TAT), discrepancies, red-flag cases, and exception approvals
