About the role
Responsible for overseeing the accurate estimation of traffic volumes and revenue streams through advanced modeling techniques, leveraging historical data, real-time information, and market intelligence. Estimate toll revenues by analyzing traffic volumes and types, projecting future increases, and evaluating the effectiveness of tolling strategies.
What you'll do
- Ensure the integrity of construction plans and cost estimations, maintaining high standards through rigorous quality audits
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative traffic management systems, prioritizing safety and efficiency across all transportation projects
- Analyze complex traffic data to identify trends and patterns that influence transportation planning and policy-making
- Develop accurate traffic demand forecasts, considering potential diversion routes and the impact of external factors on traffic flow
- Conduct Traffic Volume Count Analysis to understand current usage patterns and predict future traffic flows
