About the role
The role will lead the company's litigation and dispute resolution strategy across civil, commercial, consumer, regulatory, competition, IPR, employment, and criminal domains . The role is responsible for protecting business legal, financial, and reputational interests and will while driving efficient dispute management, minimizing litigation exposure for supporting business growth.
What you'll do
- End-to-end management of litigations, arbitrations, mediations, regulatory proceedings across all adjudicating forums
- Evaluate legal risks, recommend practical solutions aligned with business objectives
- Drive dispute resolution, settlement strategies to reduce legal exposure and costs
- Monitor litigation trends and emerging legal risks impacting the business, provide strategic input on regulatory developments and industry-specific legal risks
