What you'll do
- Provide legal advisory and risk management support across lending, insurance, wealth management, digital platforms, payments, partnerships
- Review, draft, negotiate, and vet a wide range of agreements including customer documentation, distribution agreements, partnership contracts, technology agreements
- Advise Business, Product, Credit, Risk, Operations, Compliance, Technology, Collections, and Leadership teams on legal, regulatory, and governance matters
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, RBI regulations, IRDAI regulations, Digital Lending Guidelines, data privacy requirements, consumer protection norms
- Support product development and digital initiatives by providing legal inputs on product structuring, customer journeys, disclosures, consent frameworks
