What you'll do
- Land Identification & Acquisition - Porbandar, Gujarat
- Lead end-to-end land acquisition activities for Solar, Wind, Hybrid, and BESS projects across Karnataka
- Identify suitable land parcels based on project requirements, transmission connectivity, resource availability, and commercial feasibility
- Develop land banks to support the organization's future renewable energy pipeline
- Negotiate commercial terms with landowners and facilitate execution of lease deeds, sale deeds, and other land agreements
