Program Lead -Strategy DDM

About the role

The role will identify opportunities for growth by addressing existing gaps, weak areas compared to competitive offerings, and customer-need gaps. It will also drive execution of product launches, adoption, partner engagement on products, and a product calendar aimed at creating one winning product every month or quarter to energize sales teams.

What you'll do

• Identify opportunities for growth by addressing existing gaps, weak areas compared to competitive offerings, and customer-need gaps
• Plan and execute product launches with clear adoption plans, partner engagement, and targeted communication to the sales hierarchy
• Create and manage a rolling product calendar to deliver one winning product every month or quarter to drive focus and momentum for sales teams
• Track product adoption, sales traction, partner response, and field feedback to refine proposition, positioning, and launch effectiveness
• Own program management for all digital assets for the channel, including requirement gathering from user feedback and prioritization of feature enhancements
