About the role
The role partners with Business Heads and Leadership to deliver measurable business outcomes through structured project execution, Lean Six Sigma, process re-engineering, digital transformation, and enterprise PMO governance.
What you'll do
- Partner with the Business Heads, and Functional Leaders to identify, prioritize, and execute enterprise-wide strategic transformation initiatives
- Lead cross-functional projects focused on business growth, customer experience, operational efficiency, productivity, risk optimization, and cost transformation
- Develop project charters, implementation roadmaps, business cases, governance structures, and benefit realization plans
- Drive organizational change management to ensure successful adoption and sustainable business outcomes
- Establish and govern a best-in-class Project Management Office (PMO) with standardized project management methodologies, governance frameworks, templates, reporting
