What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end project execution including requirement gathering, business case development, change requests, FSD sign-offs, UAT coordination, stakeholder approvals
- Business Transformation & Process Improvement
- Identify process improvement opportunities and drive transformation initiatives aimed at improving persistency, customer experience, operational effectiveness
- Plan and execute GTM activities for new initiatives, including stakeholder communication, training programs, webinars, rollout plans, and adoption tracking
- Customer Experience & NPS Enhancement
