Development and scaleup of assigned new products; product enhancements, undertaking tasks to support business efficiency (Cost; Cycle time; Waste Minimization; Trouble shooting) & effectiveness (Design robustness; Product quality; Complaint investigation and resolution; Custom solution development) for Waterproofing Membrane Coating.
What you'll do
- Performing experiments in a time bound manner, results interpretation and optimization to develop product on time
- Contributing towards "Product / Improvement"; "ideation" & finalizing "Processes"; "Test Protocols" and Performance deliverables
- Scale up support at shop floor
- Performing experiments to study various raw materials & their interactions with the aim of achieving cost optimization
