About the role
Write the purpose for which the job exists (in 2-3 lines) This role is responsible for establishing and streamlining operations and quality at Outsourced Processing Centers (OPCs). This role involves manufacturing assessment, capacity planning, SOP preprations & implementation, SAP system integration, Vendor audit and ensuring timely and quality volume deliveries.
What you'll do
- Define and implement process parameters and procedures to ensure quality and audit compliance
- Implement SAP for RM/PM inward, FG dispatch, process order creation, consumption, and service entry
- Ensure compliance in SAP transactions and invoice tracking, especially for MSME vendors
- Monitor and resolve any delays in MSME payments through proactive tracking
- Ensure availability of RM, Semi-Finished Goods (SFG) and Packing Materials (PM) at OPCs as per production plans
