- Play a critical role in driving performance, quality, and continuous improvement within the E Block Frame & Loom Line
- Deploying APSYS tools and methodologies across the shopfloor
- Training operators on manufacturing processes and self-inspection techniques
- Planning and managing workforce proactively in coordination with cross-functional teams
- Monitoring and driving SQCD performance of the EPU
