What you'll do
- Play a key role in ensuring operational excellence and reliability for our wayside digital railway solutions
- Supporting L2 operational monitoring and managing incidents for assigned digital railway solutions
- Investigating and resolving incidents using approved runbooks, escalating when necessary
- Monitoring application health using tools like Dynatrace, responding to alerts, and reporting anomalies
- Participating in OS patching activities, including scheduling, raising change requests, and validating application health
