What you'll do
- Lead and develop a team of Technical Operations specialists supporting enterprise infrastructure and platform technologies
- Provide technical direction, prioritization and governance across Cloud & Compute services
- Establish consistent operational practices, standards and engineering principles across infrastructure domains
- Act as a technical escalation point for complex infrastructure and platform-related topics
- Build a culture focused on automation, standardization, continuous improvement and proactive lifecycle management
