What you'll do
- Lead fleet maintenance activities to ensure high availability, reliability, safety, and performance of rolling stock
- Working closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, and Maintenance teams, you’ll drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across the fleet
- Leading fleet maintenance planning and execution to achieve availability and reliability targets
- Optimizing maintenance schedules, workloads, and resource allocation
- Driving Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) and predictive maintenance strategies
