What you'll do
- Produce and maintain a live Maintenance Schedule for assigned fleets, ensuring contractual availability targets are met and all essential maintenance is planned and…
- Issue and manage Service Orders, monitor production delivery against the schedule, and manage concession requests with Engineering when required
- Systematically review delivery failures to ensure lessons are captured, understood, and built into future planning — preventing the same issue from recurring
- Monitor fleet operator on-time performance for trains entering maintenance, and actively manage the maintenance backlog
- Maintain KPIs and targets, updating plans to provide leadership with an accurate picture of schedule performance and progress against targets
