MPC Senior Fleet Planner

Joining Alstom's MPC in Gurgaon means working at the forefront of rail maintenance innovation in India. You will be part of a high-performing, cross-functional team that is building something genuinely new — a centralised intelligence hub that serves multiple fleets and product platforms across the country.

What you'll do

• Lead the 24-hour operational planning function — producing and maintaining a live Maintenance Schedule that delivers contractual availability across multiple fleets
• Provide direction and guidance for indirect teams and stakeholders — ensuring the right people are focused on the right tasks at the right time
• Manage concession requests with Engineering, drive production delivery, and systematically review failures to ensure lessons are learnt and built into future planning
• Monitor fleet operator on-time performance for trains entering maintenance, and actively manage the maintenance backlog to prevent accumulation
• Maintain and update KPIs and targets across all related planning disciplines — providing leadership with a clear and accurate picture of schedule performance
