Asia, India, TEN, Andhra Pradesh, Head Office, Chittoor, Tenepalli, Tenepalli 2.To take responsiblity and Accountablity of all three shift operations 3.Ensure Safety, Quality and Productivity as per norms 4.Having knowledge on Trouble shouting problems in Roll forming machines. Capable of training a back-up operator technician as necessary.
What you'll do
- Develop and implement operating methods and procedures to improve quality, eliminate waste and improve employee productivity
- Ensure that discipline of the team member in term of routine activities, 5S, Documentation, Commitments and Punchuality
- Update suggestions and QCC implementation status all over plant
- Update documents related ISO, IMS, Customer audits and lead the audit on ISO, IMS and customer audit for production department and close any non conformity rised
