About the role
This position is for HERO Org, the team is seeking a delivery-oriented Associate with 6 Months+ experience to join our Team. This role will focus on Loops Scheduling and other recruiting related back-end activities. We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our HERO organization. HERO Org supports Amazon Talent Acquisition organizations with Scheduling activities and recruiting coordination, globally.
What you'll do
- Handle high volume transactions of scheduling in nature and other assignments in alignment with standard operating procedures
- Come up with process improvement ideas and participate in continuous improvement/Lean projects
- . Maintaining highest quality and improving customer experience
- Address customers’ queries in a timely manner
- Adhere to process level Service Level Agreements
