About the role
Responsible for warehouse processing capacity planning data to identify trends and improvement opportunities; focus on understanding data deviations, their root causes, and driving forward-looking opportunities Analyze capacity planning data to identify trends and improvement opportunities and be able to present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
What you'll do
- This role follows a weekly cadence: working with Operations, Finance, and HR stakeholders, consuming demand signals
- Early in the week you shape assumptions on productivity, attendance, and hiring; midweek you translate these into labor plans
- Alongside this rhythm, you lead a team of 12-15 planners on continuous improvement, making our processes leaner, more accurate, and less error-prone
