About the role
As Alexa's device portfolio expands with new and experimental form factors in 2027, we are extending our charter into Product Quality Assurance (PQA) ownership — taking end-to-end accountability for release quality from branch cut through customer delivery.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to own the end-to-end product quality of new Alexa devices
- Design and build AI-based automation tools and frameworks to support new device feature and non-functional testing
- Own end-to-end release quality for assigned new and experimental Alexa devices, from branch cut through WOTA release
- Drive daily BAT execution and weekly regression cycles; analyze results and ensure timely failure resolution
- Monitor crash rates and adoption metrics during OTA ramps; escalate anomalies to stakeholders
