About the role
This role is responsible for the day-to-day support of our institution partners, driving targeted enrollment growth and enhancing partner satisfaction. You will execute recruitment strategies, assist in conversion initiatives, and act as a liaison between institutions and ApplyBoard’s internal teams.
What you'll do
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to understand partner-specific needs, troubleshoot any issues, and support solutions for operational challenges
- Workshops and Training Support: Plan and deliver regional webinars and seminars with recruitment partners and the internal sales team
- Responsible for the day-to-day support of our institution partners, driving targeted enrollment growth and enhancing partner satisfaction
- Execute Recruitment Strategies: Assist in the implementation of recruitment strategies aimed at helping our partners meet their enrollment goals
- Participate in education fairs; deliver targeted presentations to agents and prospective students
