About the role
We are seeking a driven, well-connected, and organized professional to represent Arden University in Germany across the South Asia market. The successful candidate will lead targeted enrollment growth, enhance partner satisfaction, and serve as a liaison between Arden University, ApplyBoard, and external recruitment partners (agents).
What you'll do
- Plan and deliver regional webinars and seminars with recruitment partners and the internal sales team
- Ensure recruitment partner quality through regular agent training and by increasing the volume of international applicants to meet semester targets
- Lead regular meetings with the University Recruitment team to monitor targets, market developments, and alignment with strategic objectives
