About the role
This role is responsible for the day-to-day support of our institution partners, driving targeted enrollment growth and enhancing partner satisfaction. You will execute recruitment strategies, assist in conversion initiatives, and act as a liaison between institutions and ApplyBoard’s internal teams.
What you'll do
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to address partner-specific needs, troubleshoot issues, and facilitate solutions for any operational challenges
- Workshops and Training Support: Assist in organizing and facilitating monthly conversion workshops and training sessions for top recruitment partners
- Responsible for the day-to-day support of our institution partners, driving targeted enrollment growth and enhancing partner satisfaction
- Execute Recruitment Strategies: Assist in implementing and optimizing recruitment strategies to help meet enrollment goals for our differentiated partners
