Junior Health and Safety Wellbeing Coordinator

About the role

This role provides focused Health, Safety, and Wellbeing (HSW) support for a designated region or country, ensuring operational needs are met with consistency and reliability. It delivers remote, process‑driven guidance to internal stakeholders, maintaining high standards of administrative accuracy and data management across all HSW systems.

What you'll do

• Tracking mandatory training and certifications, as well as managing Cority sustainment, is also required
• Conducting control testing and self-assessments is part of ongoing quality assurance
• Drafting meeting minutes and preparing materials for HSW communications, awareness campaigns, and e-learning are also central tasks
• Supporting local HSW initiatives, events, and campaigns is an important aspect, as is generating intranet pages, HSW Shares, and related content
