About the role
We are looking for a proven professional who is passionate about the chance to create a significant impact on our supply planning processes and promote continuous improvement throughout the organization.
What you'll do
- Develop and complete supply plans that support customer demand, inventory targets, and business objectives
- Monitor supply and inventory performance to ensure material availability while minimizing excess inventory, shortages, and supply disruptions
- Serve as the primary owner and subject matter expert (SME) for assigned suppliers and material categories
- Proactively manage material shortages, recovery plans, and blocking issue activities to minimize business impact and support production continuity
- Work closely with Demand Planning, Procurement, Inventory Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Engineering, and Finance teams to assist with operational and business goals
