About the role
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to drive end-to-end procurement activities across corporate and business support service categories. The role will be responsible for developing category strategies, managing global supplier relationships, leading sourcing initiatives, negotiating commercial agreements, and driving cost optimization while ensuring compliance and governance standards.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute global category and sourcing strategies for HR and Professional services aligned with business objectives
- Lead end-to-end sourcing activities, including vendor identification, RFx management, proposal evaluation, commercial negotiations, and contract finalization
- Manage and build strong relationships with global suppliers and internal stakeholders across Finance, Legal, HR, Compliance, Administration, and Leadership teams
- Drive supplier performance management through SLAs, KPIs, governance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, risk management frameworks, audit requirements, and corporate governance standards
