What you'll do
- Coordinate supplier onboarding, collect and verify vendor registration documents; maintain vendor master records and updates
- Check availability and completeness of NDAs, MSAs, SOWs and other required compliance documents; coordinate with relevant teams for gaps
- Support purchase requisition and purchase order processing, amendments and tracking after required inputs and approvals are received
- Perform preliminary invoice checks against PO, rates, entity, tax and billing details; coordinate discrepancies and payment-status queries with vendors
- Maintain accurate operational trackers for onboarding, POs, invoices, approvals and ageing; prepare routine Excel reports and share data
