About the role
The role will be responsible for leading the administration, infrastructure, logistics, and workplace operations teams, globally. The role requires a strategic leader with proven expertise in managing big teams to plan, upkeep and Manage – Infrastructure (Real estate and Operations), Capex, Logistics, BCP and EHS for all sites of Ascendion globally.
What you'll do
- Administration & Workplace Operations (Globally)
- Lead end-to-end facilities management, security, housekeeping, transport, cafeteria, and employee services across multiple geographies
- Budget and forecasting for Operational expenses for all the facilities
- Establish policies and SOPs to ensure operational excellence, safety, and compliance
- Drive sustainability initiatives (green buildings, energy optimization, waste management)
