What you'll do
- Offer issued – pick up each offer as soon as the Talent Acquisition team sends it and open a tracked onboarding record
- Vendor management tool onboarding – create and submit the consultant's profile on the bank's vendor management tool and secure approval
- Ready to start – confirm start dates, line manager and access requirements with the client team
- Maintain a single tracker of every starter, their stage, owner and expected start date
- Run regular pipeline updates with TA, delivery leads and the client
