What you'll do
- Monitor daily attendance and update leaves in Attendance Management System
- Prepare Payroll related reports
- Conduct end-to-end employee life cycle activities including induction & joining formalities, confirmation process, promotion, transfer
- Manage Recruitment process such as written test and interviews
- Manage trainings as per Annual Training Calendar and update training records
