What you'll do
- Conduct safety induction for new employees and contractors
- Organize periodic safety training, mock drills, and toolbox talks
- Attend safety meetings in the plant and closing safety points of such meetings
- Participate in internal and external safety audits; ensure CAPA implementation
- Perform Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA)
